How UNILAG calculates your aggregate score

12-04-2016 07:40:00 +0000Your aggregate score is the final score that Unilag uses to determine if you will be admitted. The score you need will vary from faculty to faculty and is often different from year to year. In order to calculate your aggregate score, Unilag give equal weight to your JAMB score and your Post Jamb score.
Both scores are placed on a scale of 0-50 and then added together to come up with your final score. This means the JAMB score will be divided by 8 and the post UTME score will be divided by 2.
For example if you got a 240 out of 400 on JAMB and 70 out of 100 on Post UTME. The aggregate would be calculated as follows:
aggregate = (240 / 8) + (70 / 2) = 30+35 = 65
