Here is the requirements to participating in FU Lokoja last year: "Only candidates who applied through JAMB for UTME Admission and chose Federal University Lokoja as the most preferred Choice and scored 180 and above are eligible for the Screening exercise. The screening will be purely Computer-Based (CBT) and in batches"

They have started. The form cost N2500. You can get it from any jamb testing centers. You may also try purchasing it at a jamb office if it's nearby but you are likely to see it at the testing centers
