The 2015/2016 Post-UTME Screening Exercise for Federal Cooperative College, Ibadan has commenced.

REGISTRATION COST:
N7,500 for Full Time
N10,000 for Part Time

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
The closing date for the submission of Online Application Form is Friday 19th September, 2015.
The followings are to be attached to duly completed forms

1. Evidence of payment (receipt) for the scratch card which is obtainable in the college’s account section.
2. Two photocopies of original or computer printout of WAEC/GCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB.
3. Certificates/Diplomas as may be applicable and meeting departmental requirements.
4. Two passport size photographs.
5. Two photocopies of Birth Certificate or Sworn Declaration of Age.
6. Two photocopies of computer printout of 2015 UTME for ND full time applicants.
7. Two copies of letter of completion of one year cognate Industrial Training for HND applicants.
