Probability and Statistics is a very important part of mathematics that deals with modelling uncertainty and extracting meaning from data respectively

In this course, we are going to cover sections of the course that appear frequently in JAMB. It is designed for students of all skill levels.

What you will learn

You wil learn the basic concepts of statistics, and all you need to ace all statistics questions in the upcoming JAMB exams.

You will also learn the basic concept of mathematical probability, what it’s for and some of the key ways it is used. These include:

  • Probability of events that are equally likely

  • Probability of events that are NOT equally likely

We will then cover various formulas associated with permutations and combinations.
