English Flashcards
Did you know that the biggest determinant of your success on JAMB, WAEC and Post UTME is the size of your vocabulary?
Also, did you know that 50-60% of questions on JAMB / WAEC English depend SOLELY on knowledge of words and their definitions? The problem is there are over 1 million words in the English language. So where do you begin? Well, we have taken the time to save all the important words and definitions that have shown up on previous JAMB and WAEC exams since 1978 and used them to build our flashcards.
The good news is you will only need to review less than 3000 words. On average, it typically takes a few seconds to review each word. Once you go through the flashcards it will become very clear that you already know the vast majority of them. So we have provided a way for you to save the words you don’t know for later study.
We recommend you spend a few minutes every day sifting through the words and building up your list of saved words for later study.
This way when the exam is approaching you will have an excellent study tool to help you.
Expanding your vocabulary should be your #1 strategy for acing the English exam.
To access the flashcards go to Learning -> Flashcards As always if you have any questions or feedback about using this feature do let us know.
Happy Studying!
