The Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) said on their tweeter handle on Thursday that only candidates with National Identity Number will be registered for 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination. According to JAMB “All candidates wishing to take the 2020 UTME must have the National Identification Number (NIN),”
The Board would ONLY register candidates with NIN.” The board further stated that all payments should be made directly to the board and warned against unauthorised financial transactions with its staff.
The board, however, urged prospective candidates to visit the nearest National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) office for their capturing.

@precious victor,
National Identification Number (NIN) is a set of numbers assigned to an individual upon successful enrolment. ... The NIN is used to tie all records about an individual in the database and is also used to establish or verify his/her identity.17 21-10-2019 15:41:00 +0000
