17-07-2016 07:42:00 +0000The University of Benin (UNIBEN) ADMISSION Screening Exercise for 2016/2017 Academic Session will take place between 25th July, 2016 to 5th, august 2016 in designated centres within Ugbowo Campus of the University. The Screening Exercise shall be an oral interview with the schools lecturers and course advisers.Candidates are also required to bring their valid waec/neco results for o/level point allocation.Certificate not necessarily required. All candidates are expected to be seated, latest one hour before the stipulated time for the screening exercise. PLEASE NOTE: Only candidates who applied through JAMB for UTME Admission and chose University of Benin as First Choice and scored 200 and above are eligible for this Screening Exercise.Data of applicants is already available as they have paid for the exams before.but candidates would be required to log into the schools portal to update some valid data.They are expected to fill in the spaces for their registration number and full name.candidates examination date appears immediately after this is done. Candidates should go back on-line on 20th July, 2016 to check for the Day, Venue and Time for the Screening NOTE that GSM phones and calculators are NOT allowed. Candidates are equally advised to come to the screening venue with their JAMB Original result Slip that bears their passport Photograph. NOTE:Departmental cut offs will be released after d screening and the oral interview,jamb scores and o/level results will have specific percentages of d total score allocated to them. THE UNIVERSITY OF BENIN AUTHORITY hereby apologise for any inconveniences given to candidates.
