UTME 2022 Begins Tomorrow

05-05-2022 20:25:00 +0000The Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination begins tomorrow, Friday, May 6th 2022 to Saturday, May 14th 2022. The examination body has listed the dos and don’ts for the candidates, and warned that failure to adhere strictly to its instructions will not be condoned.
1. Reprint JAMB slip:
Reprint your exam slip to know your exam date, venue and time for the exams
2. Know your centre:
candidates are expected to know their centres before the exam day and if possible visit the centre to avoid issues on that day.
3. Prohibited items:
These include mobile phones, watches, pens, calculators or similar electronic devices, USB, compact discs (CDs), hard disks and other similar storage devices, books or any reading or writing materials, cameras, recorders, microphones, ear pieces, ink or pen readers, smart lens, smart jewellery, smart buttons, bluetooth devices, key holders, ATM cards, erasers, handkerchiefs, face towels and money.
DO not take the above listed items into the exam room
4. Biometric Verification:
JAMB will not allow any other means of verification of candidates apart from the biometric data capturing, which it noted has been improved for easy access.
Candidates must be subjected to the verification and that officials would not waste time on candidates whose verification could not be authenticated after some attempts. Candidates whose capturing are unsuccessful are advised to return home without delay.
